Data Deletion Instructions
Your privacy is our priority. We follow a strict Zero-Retention policy for your messages, but here is how you can manage and delete your data from our systems.
security Zero-Retention Policy
PaperSnapPro does not store your private messages or customer interaction history. Our AI Agents process your messages in real-time and discard them immediately after generating a response. We do not maintain any database of your conversation logs.
delete_history What we store
We only store your Agent Configurations (API Tokens and Platform Settings) required to keep your bot active. These are encrypted using AES-256 and can be deleted by you at any time through the dashboard.
How to delete your data
Go to your Facebook Profile
Navigate to your Facebook account Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Find PaperSnapPro
Search for "PaperSnapPro" or the name of our bot app in the list of active apps.
Remove Access
Click the "Remove" button next to our app. This will revoke our permission to access your profile and messages.
Request Data Clean-up
Send an email to support@papersnappro.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" including your Facebook PSID if you wish to wipe any remaining configuration logs.
